Every spring, carrion crows that live in Enfield build cosy nests high in trees. The female usually lays 3 to 5 eggs, which are pale blue green with brown speckles to help them blend into the nest. While she keeps the eggs warm, the male brings her food. After about three weeks, the chicks hatch, ready to be cared for by both parents.
